Manny Ramirez Suspended 50 Games

With a record of 21-8, the Los Angeles Dodgers are not only the top money team in the NL, they are the best in all of MLB and with a .348 batting average and 6 HRs Manny Ramirez is a big part of that.
Unfortunately for the Dodgers, Ramirez has been suspended for 50 games for violating MLB’s drug policy.
MLB.com reports that the drug in question is a performance-enhancer but for his part, Ramirez denies it was steroids and says the positive test came from prescription medication.

Citing unnamed sources, ESPN reports that the drug in question is hCG, a female fertility drug, which is said to be used by steroid users to “restart the body’s natural testosterone production after coming off a steroid cycle.”
